Ico

Hey everyone dracmere here,

      I just resently won a free month of gamefly which is a website that you can rent video games from. Well I rented a game called Ico and just wanted to tell you that the game is amazing. Its the reason this post is so late into the week. I’ve been playing it in all of my spare time.

      The game itself is relatively short. I managed to beat it in five and a half hours but the story is really deep for such a short game. You control a boy named Ico who is stuck in a castle. After finding a girl named Yorda the two of you must find a way out of the castle. You can call Yorda to you and hold her hand to keep her with you but you can’t let her fall to the shadow creatures in the game. If you do its game over.

    I highly recommand that if you are into video games you try to find a way to play this game. You won’t be sorry. It is a hard to find game for the PS2 so you might have to find someone that owns it and borrow it. It plays like a platformer game with lots of puzzles to solve but the connection between Ico and Yorda is very unique. I have never played a game like this before.
